A little about the job....

• Scrub experience is required.
• Performs nursing interventions utilizing nursing process, incorporating current clinical knowledge with established nursing practice. Demonstrates critical thinking approach to patient interview, health assessment, nursing diagnosis, and nursing intervention by utilizing nationally recognized standards of care for diagnostic and interventional catheterization labs and other surgical procedures.
• Delegates patient care and duty assignments of nursing personnel. Supervises and evaluates nursing personnel and others employees as assigned.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in the State of Alabama.
• Three to five years experience in diagnostic/interventional catherization lab.
• Must posses organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills required in order to interact with resident, family, physicians and staff.
