Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and coordinate Catholic educational programs for all age groups.
- Organize sacramental preparation programs (First Communion, Confirmation, etc.).
- Recruit, train, and support volunteer catechists and staff.
- Ensure all educational content is in accordance with Catholic doctrine and teachings.
- Collaborate with parish staff, clergy, and other departments to promote spiritual development.
- Schedule and manage classes, workshops, and retreats for students and families.
- Provide regular communication and resources to parents and the community.
- Maintain records for student progress, attendance, and sacramental milestones.
- Plan special religious events, liturgies, and activities related to Catholic education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Religious Studies, or related field (required).
- Previous experience in Catholic education or parish ministry (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Catholic teachings and sacramental preparation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with parish staff, volunteers, and families.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tasks.
