About the Job
CBHC Bilingual Clinician to work in Framingham, MA. Provide culturally competent outpatient mental health svcs/ assessment/ therapy in clinic/ community settings. Serve as primary clinician to participants. Bilingual language fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, & English fluency. Complete comprehensive bio/ psycho/ social assessments. Determine health
status/ assess risk. Perform complete diagnosis. Dvlp IT plan. Identify svcs to enable client to meet IT goals. Dvlp crisis mgmt plans. Link client to culturally/ linguistically appropriate svcs in community. Participate in CBHC training/ provide
outpatient treatment consistent w/ this. Support client through Evidence-based practices, incl various therapies/prgms. Participate in training on data collection protocols/ implmt data collection tools w/ clients. Dvlp discharge plans for aftercare. Coord home visits/contacts. Dvlp Integrated Treatment Plans. Maintain current client records: evaluations, treatment plans, reviews, termination summaries, progress. Complete timely documentation. Participate in supvn,
teaming, clinical rounds w/ medical team. Reqs: Master’s in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or rltd license eligible field, 2 yrs. relevant exp, & MA State license in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling. Mail resume to: Jessica
