*Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000*
The CBHC Triage Supervisor will oversee the clinical triage staff in addition to direct clinical supervision. The CBHC Triage Supervisor will conduct triage and complete assessments and coverage as needed. They may provide individual and group treatment as needed.

Minimum Education Required:Master's DegreeResponsibilities:- Provide high quality evaluations, individual and group clinical services.
- Provide focused leadership, support and supervision for clinical staff within the team.
- Provide oversight of triage services to ensure that services and documentation meet regulatory standards and excellence in care.
- Assist in adjustment and development of triage workflows.
- Ensure triage shifts are coverage and provide coverage as needed.
- Demonstrate a proactive commitment to maintaining effective communication with staff and customers to facilitate and promote effective working relationships and customer service.
- Ensure that clinical services are being delivered and documented in accordance with Advocates clinical philosophy and all licensing and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure cases are assigned in a timely manner or in clinically appropriate timeframe.
- Provide and document supervision to clinicians related to specific team specialty, including monthly clinical meetings for clinicians.
- Monitor and review supervisees’ documentation to ensure clinical and compliance standards.
- Provide feedback to the Assistant Clinical Director/CBHC Program Director and generate reports as necessary to maintain satisfactory compliance standards.
- Provide feedback to supervisees regarding clinical and documentation practices.
- Oversee assigned counselor’s schedule and productivity to ensure they are meeting program expectations.
- Provide feedback to the Assistant Clinical Director/CBHC Program Director that assists in the planning and development of services that provide quality care to members of the clinic.
- Assists in the hiring and training of new clinical staff.
- Attends and actively participates in all supervisions and staff meetings.
- Master’s Degree in related field and Massachusetts independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT); 3 years’ post licensure experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
- Strongly prefer a candidate that will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate a proactive commitment to maintaining effective communication with staff and customers to facilitate and promote effective working relationships and customer service.
- Strong computer knowledge.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
- Outstanding reasoning and problem solving abilities.
- Must have valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.
