The CCCE Training Manager leads the Training Department, overseeing the comprehensive delivery of training programs across the organization. This role ensures that all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles, while also aligning training initiatives with the organization's goals and standards. The CCCE Training Manager provides strategic direction, supports team development, and fosters a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and professional growth.
You Will:
Leadership and Strategic Direction:
- Lead the Training Department, including trainers, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement.
- Oversee the professional development of trainers, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest training methodologies and technologies.
Training Program Management:
- Manage the scheduling of all training sessions, including new hire, upskill, ad-hoc, and leadership development programs.
- Work closely with the Learning Solutions Department to create, update, and maintain relevant and effective training content.
- Oversee the integration and deployment of training materials within the LMS, ensuring seamless access and utilization.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as the primary liaison between the Training Department and the Director of Business Support, providing regular updates on training activities, challenges, and achievements.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Operations and Learning Solutions, to align training programs with broader organizational objectives.
- Facilitate better communication and collaboration among service levels to promote the sharing of best practices.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
- Review performance reports and training outcomes to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Organize and manage the utilization of trainers when not conducting classes, assigning them to coaching, mentoring, and support activities.
- Ensure trainers are cross-trained and prepared to deliver training across various service levels.
Evaluation and Reporting:
- Establish uniform evaluation metrics to measure training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Regularly assess trainers' performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing development plans.
- Monitor training logistics processes, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining operations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Present training delivery action items, timelines, and deployment strategies to stakeholders.
- Solicit and incorporate feedback from new hires and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs.
- Manage resources to meet deadlines, budget goals, and changing business needs.
You Are:
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
- Three (3) plus years of adult learning development experience preferred.
- Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Strong experience and aptitude in various Windows-based programs
- Excellent organizational/planning management skills.
- Ability to present ideas and information concisely and in an organized manner.
- Experience with video design and creation.
To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
- Demonstrated ability in delivering training to contact center team members in person and virtually.
- Experience in delivering training in person and virtually.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking skills and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Healthcare or Contact Center experience preferred but not required.
- Use of LMS in a Virtual Training Environment
Pay Range:USD $50,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
