CCP Supervisor at Standard Home Care, Inc

With offices in Bloomingdale, Chicago, and North Aurora, we are currently seeking to fill a position at our North Aurora location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure client service quality is maintained in accordance with Standard Home Care, Inc. policies.
• Efficiently coordinate and schedule staff workloads.
• Review and assess client records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Guide staff in utilizing community resources effectively.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on staff performance.
• Develop service plans based on client assessments and consultations.
• Participate in community events and functions as needed.
• Assist in onboarding and orienting new staff to company policies and procedures.
• Review and manage schedules for discharges and staff visits.
• Ensure staff participation in continuing education and training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Carry out desk job tasks with minimal physical lifting.
• Occasionally lift, move supplies or charts, and perform light physical tasks.
• Occasionally bend, stoop, reach, and assist with lifting client weight as needed.
• Travel to client homes for supervision, requiring effective communication in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Homecare supervisor: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• CCP Host training (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• North Aurora, IL 60542: Relocate before starting work (Required)
