Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Support leadership in ensuring the project is delivered to specifications, on time, and within budget. - Develop initiative strategies for provider capacity building such as evaluating business models, creating training, recruitment, events participation, outreach approach, and support activities. - Work closely with management and work groups to create and maintain work plan documents. - Track the status and due dates of projects. - Manage relationships with project staff responsible for projects. - Produce regular weekly and monthly status reports, work plan status, target dates, budget, resource capacity and other, as well as, ad hoc reports as needed. - Collaborate with project managers on various initiatives and projects to track progress and provide support as necessary. - Create and maintain management plans and other deliverables. - Facilitate regular meetings and reviews. - Evaluate employee performance and recommend employees' needs and development opportunities to leadership. - Adhere to contract requirements and comply with all corporate policies and procedures. - Perform other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience consulting within designated function. - Advanced degree preferred. - Develop solutions to highly complex problems which require a high degree of ingenuity and innovation. - Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives. - Solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions. - Develop advanced concepts, techniques, and standards requiring a high level of interpersonal and technical skills. - Develop new applications based on professional principles and theories. - Viewed as expert in field within the organization.
Delivers consulting project activities for medium to long-term engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills.
• Reports to the to the IV&V Project Manager
• Supports the IV&V project team participating in the activities that provide independent assessments of the system development/implementation/M&O project and its governance which includes:
o Identifying risks and issues
o Accessing causes of risk and issues
o Providing actionable recommendations that can be used by the project team to resolve issues and avoid risks
o Supporting required reporting to federal funding partner agencies
o Supporting data collection and analysis for monthly and quarterly reporting
o Attending and observing project meetings to collect project information and data, understand project activities, and gain project insights
o Interviewing State project and DDI contractor staff to collect project information and data, understand project activities, and gain project insights
o Supporting the analysis of project information and data collected
o Supporting the development of required project deliverables to include weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as well as reports required by federal funding partners in compliance with IV&V contract requirements
o Supporting the presentation of results of IV&V assessments to project stakeholders
o Leading special projects or initiatives as directed
• Supporting meeting facilitation or conference calls

Minimum Requirements:
• Required:
o Minimum of 3 years of related IV&V or independent quality assurance analysis
o Experience on at least one previous project involving a health or human service benefit eligibility or delivery program
o Knowledge of the Child Welfare Program or systems Child Welfare Information Systems (CCWIS) or Statewide Child Welfare Information Systems (SACWIS)
o Ability to interface with executive sponsors, IT resources, management teams, and stakeholders on a regular basis to interview and gather information and data to support analysis
o Strong analytical skills
o Excellent verbal and writing skills
o Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university; experience may be substituted for education
o Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
• Preferred
o 7 years or more of related experience
o Experience with working with Child Welfare Programs
o Experience with working with Comprehensive Child Welfare Information Systems (CCWIS) or Statewide Child Welfare Information Systems (SACWIS)
• Business analyst experience

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
