COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Average Gross Weekly Pay: $5000-$6000, ensuring significant earning potential.
• Competitive mileage rates of $1.29-$1.32 per mile (loaded and empty), plus a $0.44 fuel surcharge, totaling $1.73-$1.76 gross per mile.
• Net Weekly Take Home: $1800-$2500, allowing for a comfortable lifestyle.
• Annual Earnings Potential: $220,000-$300,000, empowering you to achieve your financial goals.

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES:

• The company covers 2290, base plates, tolls, and PrePass, simplifying your responsibilities.
• You will be responsible for bobtail insurance, IFTA, physical damage insurance, and Qualcomm.
• A Preventative Maintenance Fee of $0.07 CPM covers all maintenance and repairs, ensuring you are never out of pocket for major expenses.
• Lease payments of $308 per week plus $0.23 CPM – the more you drive, the quicker you pay off your truck.
• At the end of the lease, the truck is yours for just $1.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 24 months of recent regional or OTR experience.
• A clean MVR, with no DOT recordable preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• No rear-end accidents in any vehicle within the last 5 years.
• No failed or refused drug tests – we prioritize safety and compliance.
