Qualifications:

• Must be 21 Years or older and have CDL-A


• Must have 3+ months of experience


• Bonus payouts are subject to qualifications - Ask a recruiter for details


• Flex Fleet drivers must live within 250 miles of a U.S. Xpress terminal


• Team drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from 56 to 66 CPM depending on route and experience
