Regional Intermodal truck driver
Average pay: $1,250-$1,530 weekly
Home time: Every other week
Experience: 3 months or greater CDL experience
Overview
- Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
- 95% no-touch freight that is 60% drop-and-hook.
- Drive in and out of railyards within Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee & Virginia.
Pay and bonus potential
- Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
- Paid orientation.
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
- Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Tanker endorsement is strongly preferred.
- HazMat endorsement and TWIC card required after hire.
- Live within 40 miles of Jacksonville, FL.
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
