CDL Class A Company Driver OTR - Expedite Tigers

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (Paid in two installments)

Pay Structure:

Your pay rate will be determined by your verified experience:

• 3-5 Months: $0.57 per mile
• 6-11 Months: $0.58 per mile
• 12-23 Months: $0.60 per mile
• 2-9 Years: $0.62 per mile
• 10+ Years: $0.64 per mile

Additional Pay & Bonuses:

• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour of waiting.
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
• Sign-On Bonus: $500 after your first load and $500 after 30 days.
• Mileage Bonus: Earn an additional 3 cents per mile based on safety, mileage, and productivity. Eligibility begins the first of the month following your hire date.

Job Highlights:

• Schedule: 12 days out on the road, followed by 2 full days off (48 hours) every other weekend.
• Routes: Over-the-road (OTR) across all 48 states. Primarily east of I-35, but routes may vary depending on freight needs.
• Mileage: Average 2,000-2,200 miles per week, based on Hours of Service (HOS) and load availability.
• Freight: All no-touch freight for your convenience.
• Drop & Hook: 50-60% of loads are drop and hook, with 40-50% requiring live unloading.
• City Restrictions: No forced dispatch into NYC or its boroughs.

• Trucks: Late-model 2021+ Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
