CDL Class A Company Driver - Expedite Tigers

Job Offer: OTR Company Driver CDL Class A

Key Highlights:

• Home Time: 12 days on the road, 2 full days (48 hours) at home every other weekend.
  3 months of experience is a requirement
• Route: OTR across all 48 states, with the majority of freight east of I-35. No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs.
• Miles: Drivers average 2,000-2,200 miles per week (based on Hours of Service and availability).
• Freight: All no-touch freight.
  • 50-60% drop & hook
  • 40-50% live unload
• Equipment: 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworth trucks.
  • Average haul length: 600+ miles.
• Support: 24/7 access to operations specialists, with empowered shifts for your needs.

Compensation and Bonuses:

• Mileage Pay: 0.54 - 0.60 CPM
• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.

• Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity (eligible on the 1st of the month following your hire date).
  

Vacation Package:

• 1 year = 1 week
• 3 years = 2 weeks
• 7 years = 3 weeks
• 15 years = 4 weeks
