Eagle Rock offers excellent pay potential with a pay structure that includes daily salary, commission eligibility, pay-for-performance bonuses and generous overtime opportunities. Our drivers start at approximately $50,000 (depending on route - including base pay, commissions and bonus) and can grow earnings substantially with company experience.
About the Opportunity
The Class A CDL Delivery Driver is the key to getting all of our great products safely and efficiently from our warehouses to our valued customers. Our drivers pride themselves on their reliability and excellent customer service and we couldn't be more grateful for their efforts day in and day out. This is a full-time position with a route that originates in Pueblo, CO with 1 overnight per week with paid hotel & per diem.
Job Duties include:
- Safely and efficiently drive delivery trucks to transport beverages to various customer locations.
- Responsibility for delivering and servicing all Eagle Rock Distributing Co. products within assigned accounts.
- Load and unload beverage products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Merchandising and stocking all coolers to effectively increase sell-through of products
- Managing rotation of product and maintaining a neat inventory in each account.
- Completing all sales tickets, obtaining payment for product at each account, and all related paperwork.
- Maintain delivery logs, records, and necessary documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Adhere to all safety standards and protocols while handling and transporting beverages.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and address any delivery-related issues promptly.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.

- Ability to reach, pull, twist, bend, stoop to move product
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Occasionally requires the ability to lift over 70 lbs.
- Must be capable of pushing or pulling loaded carts (weighing approximately 300 lbs).
- Can work safely year-round in varying weather conditions
About You

- You possess a valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card
- You have a high school diploma or GED
- You have a clean motor vehicle record for the past three (3) years

- Previous driving and/or delivery experience is preferred but not required

The history of Eagle Rock Distributing Company goes all the way back the Prohibition Era with Atlanta Beverage Company selling non-alcoholic beer and Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Eagle Rock Distributing Company was formed in 2000 and today we distribute a wide-array of premium and craft beers, cider, import beers, wines, spirits, as well as non-alcoholic beverages and local products out of our locations in Georgia and Colorado. One thing that hasn't changed since our beginnings, however, is our unwavering commitment to our employees and loyal customers.
Eagle Rock entered the Colorado market in late-2020, assuming distribution operations for Anheuser-Busch products across the state. Today, we have over 500 employees in the state, operating out of 8 locations, and continue to welcome new positions to support our growth in the state.

Compensation, Benefits and Application Window
Compensation range: $50,000 per year (plus commissions and bonus)
(Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon route, geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level)
