Overview
Joule has an opening for a remote CDMA that will require a combination of advanced skills and experience in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts for COBM related services. The CDMA will work closely with projects, people, and functional leaders across Clinical Operations & Biometrics, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Suppliers to ensure appropriate contracts are in place for COBM projects and payments associated to contracts are issued to vendors.

The CDMA will work closely with projects, people, and functional leaders across Clinical Operations & Biometrics, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Suppliers to ensure appropriate contracts are in place for COBM projects and payments associated to contracts are issued to vendors.
Responsibilities
- Contracting: Master Services Agreement content and contract negotiations
- Work with escalations and governance
- Direct experience with clinical trials
- Drafts, reviews and negotiates clinical trial services and agreements (Master Service Agreements, Work Orders, and Clinical Trial Agreements) and site budgets with US and ex-US institutions.
- Evaluate changes in study protocols to determine the impact on clinical trial site budgets; develop, negotiate and finalize budget amendments.
- Provide continuing support on executed agreements (drafting amendments, extensions and terminations, interpreting contractual language in response to issues or questions that arise).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business / finance, Masters preferred
- Executive Governance experience
- Managing escalations and direct clinical trial experience
- At least 5 years of negotiation, and finalizing experience, required
- 4-years clinical trial experience preferred.
- Vendor budgets, FSP and Master Services Agreement content and contract negotiations experience
Salary
40 - 55 /year
