About the Job

As an Aquatics Technician, you’ll be responsible for tasks like maintaining and troubleshooting pool filtration systems, performing water quality testing, adjusting pool chemistry, and overseeing equipment repairs, including pumps, motors, UV systems, and chemical feeders. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Schedule Commitment
Works a standard 40-hour work week with the ability to work 4 10-hour shifts Wednesday-Saturday.
Pay Plan
This opportunity is non-exempt and on Pay Grade #10. The full Pay Grade Range is shown for growth and development opportunities within the grade. Salary determination is supported by budget availability and qualifications of the candidate to maintain internal equity.
Hiring Range: Min-Mid
Min $24.44 ($50,842)
Mid $29.94 ($62,275)
Max $35.44 ($73,708)
