As a Cell Operator in our Valve factory, you will take part in the precise assembly of valve components that are necessarytomultiple Watts products. Your role will involve the use of assembly tools, machines, jigs, and fixtures to ensure that all valves and sub-parts meet our standards. The shift for this position is from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and may require overtime.
You Will:
Assemble valves and sub-components according to established procedures.
Follow prescribed Assembly Test Instructions (ATI) to ensure the highest quality standards aremaintained.
Test and package valves and components in individual boxes and master cartons, ensuring identification labels and instructional materials are included.
Complete recaps, production records, and quality control documents tomaintainaccurateproduction data.
Perform routine housekeeping tasks to ensure the work area meets environmental and safety standards.
You Have:
High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
Ability to read and understand English preferred.
Capability to occasionally lift and move up to 35 pounds individually, and 80 pounds withassistance.
Specific vision abilitiesrequired, including close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee isfrequentlyrequired to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employeeis occasionally required tostand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this jobinclude:close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
Work in both officeand manufacturing environment. May occasionally berequiredto perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
