Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience in administrative leadership and management roles.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the administrative team.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of administrative activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security in accordance with organizational policies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and submit reports to senior management as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Implement best practices to enhance administrative operations.
