We are hiring a Clinic Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our clinic!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the daily operations of the ABA clinic
- Create and maintain a positive, high energy work environment for all staff
- Oversee the maintenance of an organized and clean environment
- oordinates new hire orientation/onboarding and staff training
- Intake
- Employee coaching, supervision, management
- Approve/deny PTO requests
- Manage staff and family complaints
- Coordinate related services (Speech and OT)
- Conduct tours to families and explain the benefits of our program
- Oversee daily schedule and compliance with call outs
- Manage call outs, substitutes, and group sessions
- Minimize clients sent home due to staffing shortages
- Call families to cancel sessions, if needed
- Approve clinic staff PTO and ensure company policies are followed
- Communicate frequently with all parents and staff, obtain quarterly feedback
- Create and maintain employee retention programs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Background check clearance upon hire
- Previous experience working with children; ASD experience
- Previous experience in an Administrative role
- Previous experience in an ABA Clinic
- Registered behavior technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) strongly preferred
- Must have leadership experience
- Reliability- ability to work a consistent schedule throughout the week
- Access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation
- To complete the physical demands of the job (frequent sitting and standing, sitting on and getting up from the floor, kneeling, bending, and running with children) you must be able to: Stand and move for at least 75% of the day; lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds
