1. Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments.
2. Oversee Clinical Supervisors; Review client program design.
3. Report writing and review.
4. Data analysis.
5. Assess children using VB-MAPP, Vineland, and Functional Behavior Assessment as needed.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools.
7. Conduct functional assessments and analyses when appropriate to develop appropriate behavior strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
8. Formulate comprehensive Individual Behavior Plan for each child assessed and recommend comprehensive services.
9. Develop and implement positive behavior plans and strategies.
10. Provide consultation and training for parents and community members.
11. Staff, train, coach, and facilitate treatment teams.
12. Collaborate with other treatment team members regarding patients' progress through interdisciplinary team meetings, record review, and informal discussions as appropriate.
13. Ensure that medical record documentation protocols are complied with.
14. Ensure that patients' progress notes are entered into the medical records on a timely basis and in accordance with established organizational procedures.
15. Carry a caseload of at least 120 billable hours a month, including report review and report-writing.
16. Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports.
17. Conduct clinical meetings with families and staff.
18. Develop trainings for a team of Clinical Supervisors.
19. Maintain company policy and culture.
20. Ongoing data analysis and program review.
21. Maintain quality service by enforcing organization standards and leading by example.
22. Provide fair, constructive, and timely feedback towards performance and behavioral goals and expectations.
23. Provide assistance, guidance, and coaching support as needed.
24. Perform other duties as assigned.
    
    

1. Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical skills.
2. Excellent data recording and analysis skills, and report writing skills.
3. Ability to analyze data and information to understand problems and effectively develop solutions.
4. Self-disciplined and excellent time management skills with ability to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability, and punctuality.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with professionals in and outside of the field.
6. Passion for developing and leading others.
7. Effective communicator in both written and verbal formats.
8. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
9. Proficient with Google Office Suite (i.e., GMail, Docs, Sheets)

Experience Requirements

• 2+ years field experience in ABA

• 1+ year ABA supervisory experience

• Master"s Degree in a related field

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA
