About the Job
The Opportunity
The Center Manager reports to the Associate Director Operations (ADO).
The Role
+ You will have overall authority for center operations production goals, monitor net yields, and implement improvement plans.
+ Monitor donor retention, ensure efficient donor flow, implement donor retention improvement and corrective action plans.
+ Ensure compliance with all Company SOPs and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
+ Manage all aspects of financial oversight to include setting annual budget, ensuring center meets monthly financial targets and ongoing cash management goals, and observing cash management, and financial reporting.
+ You will oversee overall center quality compliance by ensuring the business is inspection ready. Meet with QA to include regulatory and customer requirements to ensure the purity and efficacy of the plasma and the safety of donors and employees. Communicate any quality concerns or issues to Associate Director of Operations.
+ Participate during all audits with quality personnel and Quality team to develop corrective action plans to address any areas of deficiency noted during audits.
+ Follow all HSE and OSHA procedures. Ensure the center and all employees comply with OSHA regulations and training.
+ Conduct recruitment, training, counseling, and termination. Manage employee turnover within center operations. Follow HR policies through fair treatment of all employees.
+ Overnight travel required up to 10% of the time
Your skills and experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred OR equivalent combination of education and professional work experience (4 years minimum) required
Experience
Minimum 2 years of management experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others.
