Shift: Monday-Friday and every other weekend from 3pm-11:30pm or 2pm-10:30pm.
Training: Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm for 5-7 weeks

What you will do:
As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system. Additionally, you'll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs.
Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for:
- Efficient order entry and follow-up
- Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies
- Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input
- Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
What you will bring:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Current national/state pharmacy certification and State Board of Pharmacy registration preferred but not required
- Strong computer skills
- Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
- Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations
- Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred
