Our office is located in Morton Grove, IL and we are looking for a highly motivated Central Supply Coordinator to assist the company in creating strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining the existing ones.

The Sourcing specialist’s responsibilities include:
- Review DME rentals and Central Supply lists with clients via email and in-person.
- Maintain DME rental and Central Supply lists updated and determine which equipment should be purchased.
- Coordinating purchase proposals for capital projects
- Owning the end-to-end PO to invoice process for all sourcing projects.
- Review item substitutions and discontinued items submitted by suppliers.
- Manage daily que of requests from direct email and task management workflow.
- Ensure timely completion of requests.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers.

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience working within Central Supply or DME Rental Company
- BS in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Economics – preferred Not Required
- Proficient in Microsoft products – Excel and Outlook
