Central Time Administration Supervisor
The Central Time Administration Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of Operational Support Specialists responsible for accurate and timely administration of station call outs, shift bids, and resource allocations. This supervisory role will be responsible for the oversight of the handling of union team member callouts, updating work schedules, and maintaining timecards while ensuring confidentiality and responsiveness. This position is an on-site role requiring flexibility, reliability, and precision that supports a 24/7 operation. This role focuses on successfully leading while balancing safety and productivity in supporting McGee's overarching goal to be the best- in-class ground handling service.
The pay range for this role is $29.54 - $37.72, with a hiring target of $29.54 to $31 per hour.
This role reports to the Manager, Central Time Administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Support and nourish a culture that encourages safety and communication, where all team members feel valued, connected, and engaged in successfully supporting the staffing and attendance of our operational locations.
-Responsible for monitoring and oversight of station attendance and staffing levels communication.
-Prepare and communicate various reports related to staffing information, time, and attendance.
-Organizes and leads shift briefings, compliance audits and ongoing training bulletin compliance.
-Coordinate with the Manager, Central Time Administration and Resource Management to ensure appropriate staffing productivity metrics are achieved.
-Provides leadership, direction, and development to Time & Attendance, Operational Support Specialists.
-Act as liaison between McGee Air Services and customers.
-Assists with defining and influencing the team's strategy, goals, objectives, and requirements for the Staffing department.
-Supports the creation of station staffing bids ensuring compliance with the union contract while meeting operational and budgetary needs.
-Engages in developing recommendations for staffing solutions during regular and irregular operational needs.
-Perform required audits, investigations, and participates in/leads any disciplinary actions.

-Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
-Two (2) years of airline experience with proven skills in station operations, including one of the following areas: passenger service, cargo handling, fleet service, and ground operations required
-A minimum of one (1) year of successful experience related to scheduling and/or time and attendance or resource (staffing) planning experience required
-Experience coaching and counseling team members on performance related issues required
-Knowledge and relevant experience in timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll activities
-Knowledge/experience working in financial systems, time & attendance systems, payroll systems, HR systems and reporting systems preferred
-Highly self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to diffuse tense and/or stressful situations and workplace conflicts
-Self-motivated individual able to work collaboratively in a team environment
-Able to lead, motivate, and successfully communicate with a diverse workgroup
-Proven ability to direct the work of others in a positive way
-Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance, customs seal, and/or USPS security clearance including background criminal history check, drug screen and fingerprinting
-Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-Must be at least 18 years of age
-Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
