Centralized Loan Processor
Reports To: Director of Centralized Underwriting
Job Overview
The Centralized Loan Processor is responsible for assisting both the direct and indirect departments. The main responsibilities include funding of indirect loans, tracking and auditing direct loans to ensure they are ready for loan review, daily paid in full procedures including releasing of titles, tracking insurance on all consumer loans, and answering the consumer line as a first contact to direct calls accordingly.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
- Review incoming indirect loan documents for compliance with company policies. Fund loans through the Indirect LOS, file maintain the loan in our core, and file the document once complete. If any follow up is needed with dealerships for any documentation, signatures that are delaying the funding.
- Review consumer loan documentation for compliance with company policies. Ensure the loan packet is complete, work with loan officers for any outstanding issues. See that the loan is put into the correct status of File Review.
- Reviewing insurance in State national for all secured consumer loans
- Paid in full tracking, release of liens.
- Answering the consumer line and directing calls to the appropriate loan officer.
- Month End reports and assistance with Welcome Calls and documentation filing as needed.
- Any projects requested by the Director of Centralized Underwriting.

Physical Job Requirements
Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about; occasionally there may be a need to stoop or lift objects (typically less than 50 pounds).
- Ability to move about and communicate with a diverse membership and employee group.
- Ability to accomplish the described responsibilities through the use of computers and technology.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a changing, challenging, and fast paced work environment.
- Variable stress levels.
- Provide own transportation.
- Pass the EMV test certification for Lien Only Processing
- Obtain Notary certificate.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or an equivalent level of knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in processing or member relations role.
- Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
