Pay Rate
$14.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Ceramic Operator Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform all steps required to build ceramic shells using the robot or manual techniques.
• Perform proper tree prep techniques to ensure ceramic bonding.
• Prepare slurries using liquid materials and flours, Checks and maintain proper viscosities, and Slurry levels.
• Load and unload conveyor. Inspects shells for cracks and other flaws.
• Perform chemistry tests on mixes, keep logs and records on temperature, Humidity and production of the department, and be able to make recommended adjustments as needed.

• Maintain good housekeeping procedures in work area.
Ceramic Operator Qualifications and Requirements
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be able to communicate (read and write) effectively in a business environment.
• Perform daily routine maintenance on all ceramic room equipment.
