Midland Care is hiring a Certified Aide for our 14 bed Residential Center.
Summary:
If you are a compassionate certified aide with a heart for serving others, we invite you to join our team. This position is open to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) or Certified Medication Aides (CMA) on a part-time or full-time basis.
Employment Status: FT or PT | 2 or 3 12-hour shifts | 7am - 7pm
Pay Rate: CNA- $15/hr+ (based on experience) | CMA - $16.80/hr+ (based on experience)
Sign on for CNAs is $1,000 for Full Time or $500 for Part Time
CMAs will receive a sign on of $1,500 for Full Time or $750 for Part Time

Qualifications
Required: Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification. Must possess a valid Kansas Driver’s License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization’s insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position.
Preferred: One year experience as CNA or CMA preferred. CMA, demonstrable knowledge in medication administration.
