Certified BCBA Clinical Director - Ventex Home Health Agency Inc.

• Document, prepare and revise patient plan of care, progress notes, and other clinical records.
• Screens, examines and evaluates patients.
• Direct Physical Therapy treatment.
• Perform clinical pediatric assessment; Identify patient needs and appropriateness of patients needs.
• Provide supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
• Attends and contributes to staffing conferences and other related meetings.
• Use effective interpersonal relations and communication skills.
• Assist/instruct patient or family in carryover techniques appropriate to patient abilities, as well as the appropriate use and care of therapeutic appliances such as walkers, wheelchairs, canes ect.
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency.

• Appropriate behavioral intervention strategies.
• Learning theories and instructional methods.
• Ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Developmental processes of children.
• Interpersonal skills needed to manage crisis situations.
• Technology, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Required).

• Texas Physical Therapy License (Required).
