NaphCare is hiring an experienced Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician - CCHT at the California Health Care Facility - Stockton located in Stockton, CA.  Pay rates vary based on shift, site needs, and experience.  Shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and can be discussed upon interview.  PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs for FT shifts and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability.

Responsibilities for Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician:

• Demonstrate applicable knowledge of policies and procedures related to the position
• Demonstrate ability to perform technical skills for the position as determined by the competency assessment program
• Demonstrate applicable knowledge of the policies and procedures of providing patient care; including patient treatment, reuse, water treatment equipment, and emergency procedures
• Assume administrative duties under direction
• Assume responsibility and utilize opportunities for personal and professional growth

Qualifications for Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician:

• Must hold and maintain National Certification, according to CMS regulations
• A valid CPR card  
• Must hold High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years dialysis experience
• Reprocessing experience, including equipment repair and maintenance desirable
