Responsibilities and Duties:

• Personal Care: Assist with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, eating, and dressing.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Companionship: Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.
• Housekeeping: Perform tasks like vacuuming, dusting, sweeping/mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Incontinence Care: Provide compassionate and respectful care.
• Medication Reminders: Ensure patients take their medications on time.
• Exercise Assistance: Help with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Special Diets: Measure and prepare special diets as needed.
• Dementia Care: Understand and provide specialized care for dementia patients.
• Overnight Shifts: Must be available to work overnight shifts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver's license and insured automobile.
• Smartphone required.
• CNA/PCA/HHA Certificate
