Certified Elementary School Teacher - Kopos and Baker Inc

**Seeking Certified Elementary School Teachers - 1099 Contract - Full-Time - Weekly Pay**

Job Duties:

• Instruction and Teaching - Create lesson plans for various subjects that align with curriculum and educational standards to help students grasp foundational concepts. Develop and use instructional materials for verbal and visual instruction. Use a variety of teaching methods such as lectures, discussions, and demonstrations. Instruct students individually and in groups, adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs, abilities, and interests of all students.
• Assessment and Evaluations- Observe students to evaluate their strengths, weaknesses, and abilities. Evaluate assessments, student progress, expectations, and goals. Provide feedback to students, parents, and administration.
• Communication - Communicate with parents and guardians about their child's progress. Work with other teachers, counselors, and administrators to resolve any behavioral or academic problems.
• Preparing Students - Prepare students for standardized tests and later grades by encouraging them to explore learning opportunities and persevere with challenging tasks.
• Classroom Management - Develop and implement classroom management procedures to maintain and promote effective learning. Create a positive, welcoming, and safe learning enviornment. 
• Supporting Students - Invest in the well-being, health, and safety of the students. Work with students individually to help them overcome any specific learning challenges. Promote educational, social, and emotional development. 
• Collaborating - Collaborate with school administration and parents to improve student outcomes, develop solutions, and plan curriculum.
