As a Certified Elementary Teacher, you will play a key role in providing quality education and fostering elementary school students' academic and social development. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Deliver instruction in a clear and engaging manner, utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and resources.
- Assess student learning and provide timely feedback to promote growth and achievement.
- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of students and provide support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective instructional practices and strategies.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.

- Adhere to all school and district policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required.
- Valid teaching certification for elementary school is required.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine commitment to student success.
- Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards for elementary school.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
