Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid HHA / PCA certificate in New York State.
• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain them (physical within the last year).
• Residence in Riverhead, Shirley, Mastic, or Moriches required.
• Drivers with a valid driver's license are encouraged to apply.

• Serving concierge cases for high-end, private-pay clients.

Tasks & Duties:

• ADLs (Activities of Daily Living).
• IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living).
• Potential delegation of activities under RN supervision.
