This position is primarily for Front Desk with cross training and opportunities to work as a Clinical Medical Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing billing and insurance processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized medical environment.

Experience

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification recommended but not required.
• Proficient in medical terminology, coding, and documentation practices.
• Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC EHR system.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members.
• Attention to detail to accurately record patient information and perform tasks according to established protocols.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address patient concerns or issues that may arise during appointments or treatments.
