Responsibilities:
As a Medical Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our healthcare operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking vitals and patient histories
- Documenting patient encounters in real-time using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ensuring that all notes are complete and accurate.
- Exhibiting excellent bedside manners and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Assisting with prior authorizations for medications.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Other duties as assigned.
