Certified Medical Assistant - Urgent Care - The Vancouver Clinic

​In this role you will room patients, take manual vitals and operate an automated BP machine, collect data and report in the EMR, and manage the MA in-basket for requests. You will need clinical skills to complete ear lavage, EKG, sterile set-up, injections, immunizations, swabbing, phlebotomy. Must have ability to wear mask all day and an N95 in cases where protocol directs.

Available Schedules:

(will transition to schedule after successful completion of training to include varying weekday shifts)

• Camas: Full time (40 hours/week)Wednesday (6 hour shift), Thursday (12 hour shift), Friday (12 hour shift) and every other weekend (10 hour shifts each day)

• 87th Ave: Full time (40 hours/week)Wednesday (6 hour shift), Thursday (12 hour shift), Friday (12 hour shift) and every other weekend (10 hour shifts each day). 

• 87th Ave: Full time (40 hours/week) Monday (12 hour shift), Tuesday (12 hour shift), Wednesday (6 hour shift) and every other weekend (10 hour shifts each day)

• Salmon Creek 2:Part time(30 hours/week)Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 6:30am to 5:30pm (3, 10-hour shifts)

• Salmon Creek 2:Part time(20 hours/week) Monday and Tuesday, 9:00am to 8:00pm (2, 10-hour shifts)

• Salmon Creek 2: Full time (40 hours/week) Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday, 12:30pm to 11:30pm (4, 10-hour shifts)

Pay range: starts at $21.18 with active Washington State Department of Health Medical Assistant-Certified credential, higher depending on evaluation of experience. Differentials Available: Saturday/Sunday ($2.50/hour) and Evening ($2.00/hour).

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked.  Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
