As a Medication Aide, I am:

1. Providing care and assistance to residents, assisting with activities of daily living.
2. Observing residents’ behavior and change in condition.
3. Administering medications to assisted living and memory care residents.
4. Processing doctor’s orders and maintaining medication inventories.
5. Chart and maintain accurate records of all medication and care services.
6. Participating in resident programs.
7. Responding to call lights and resident requests.
8. Doing routine housekeeping items.
