Certified Nurse Aides (CNA/ STNA) - Allendale Nursing & Rehabilitation Community

Full Time: 2nd Shift/ Part Time: 1st and 2nd Shift!!

MUST Be Available Every Other Weekend!!! 8 Hour Shifts. All Shifts Available! Must hold current license to practice as a CNA.

Job Description for CNA

• $2 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift!

• CNA will provide Resident care according to an approved Care Plan

• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care

• Understand and practice infection control procedures

• Comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies including vitals

• Reports all violation of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately

Qualifications for CNA

• Completed CNA Course/State Licensed

• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

• Service mentality and a thirst for learning

• Positive Can-Do Attitude

• Excellent Attendance
