Certified Nurse Assistant I-AH - Front Porch

• This position is responsible for provide assigned residents routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's care plan that assures the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The duties listed below are essential functions of the position that must be performed to effectively perform the position in at least an acceptable manner as defined by Front Porch. In the future, other duties may be assigned and may also be considered essential functions of the position.

• Maintains charts and documentation for all residents.

• Greets new residents and orients them to their room, and ensures they are comfortable

• Assists residents with activities of daily living, including, but not limited to oral care, bathing, dressing/undressing, and hair care.

• Maintain resident stability by checking vitals, weight, etc., and documenting.

• Assist residents with medication; observing they taken accurately and in a timely manner.

• Provides courteous service in the dining room during breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals.

• Follows infection control techniques in performing patient/resident care.

• Observe residents behaviors; paying attention to all details, and report changes to the office.

• Engage with residents by assisting with participating in activities, talking with them and treating everyone with a person centered approach.

• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
