Education/Certification:  High school graduate or equivalent.  Successful completion of a certified nursing assistant program.  Current BLS. Complete a basic dysrhythmia class with an 84% or higher within 6 months of hire date.

Equipment/Technology:  Basic computer and typing skills.  Operate vital sign monitoring devices and manual B/P equipment and use a glucometer.

Language/Communication:  Must have the ability to effectively read, write, and speak English.

Mental Capabilities:  Able to adapt and adjust to changes in patient load and needs in a tactful positive manner.
