Pay: $21/hour + $1,000 sign-on bonus!

Experience: Prior nursing experience preferred

Education: Must have completed a CNA training program

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a CNA to join a growing and dynamic team!  

Job Description: 

• Assist with direct patient care within the scope of their practice as well as other work on the unit which supports the patient environment
• Ensure optimal patient care and assist the healthcare team in providing and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for patients
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes
• Contribute to the provision of quality care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care
• Promote an environment of care
• Support the organizational vision and mission

Position Requirements: 

• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
• Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management techniques
• Prioritize workload to meet productivity standards and deadlines
• Communicate with subordinates on a regular basis about project status and issues
• Establish and maintain positive interpersonal relations with internal and external customers
