We are offering a $6,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment).

Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.
The Advanced Care Center of Butler is a comfortable and home-like 29-bed skilled nursing center that provides high quality short-term rehabilitation services and comprehensive nursing care to help individuals successfully return to home.
Provides assistance to professional nursing staff in the care of residents/patients through performance of routine direct and indirect resident/patient care activities, according to established policies and procedures
Maintains resident/patient rights, privacy, and confidentiality
Promotes resident/patient acceptance of treatment goals and responds promptly to overall resident/patient needs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Current Pennsylvania State Nurse Aide Certification; Must be listed on state nurse aide registry and without allegations.
