* 1:1 patient care
* Documenting electronically
* Patient assessments
This position is open to CNAs in the Denver Metro Area and with part-time and PRN positions available in a home care setting!
Salary: $18- $22 / hr.
Work Location: Patient Home Setting, In-person
Scheduling options (depending on location):
* Day shift
* Evening shift
* Weekend availability

As a Team Select CNA, begin your day with a smile and a whole heart as you arrive at your patient’s home to start care, you will log into your easily accessible EMR platform to check your patient’s notes.
When working as a home health CNA with Team Select, your visit is spent caring for your patient in the comfort of their home and ensuring they are well taken care of. You provide CNA tasks per a physician approved care plan, chart their progress, communicate with their additional care providers, and most of all, continue building a bond founded in quality at-home care.

* Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in Colorado
* Maintains a current CPR certification
* BLS Certification (Preferred)
* Home Health Care experience (preferred)
