Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Evening Shift - Sandstone American Fork

Sandstone Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in American Fork, UT. We are looking for someone who is committed to providing the highest quality care to our residents and who is a team player with a positive attitude. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide quality nursing care to residents under the direction of a licensed nurse 
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility 
• Take and record vital signs and other measurements as directed 
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed 
• Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff 
• Follow infection control policies and procedures 
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings 
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff 
• Demonstrate a commitment to resident-centered care and customer service excellence 

Requirements: 

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Utah 
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff 
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions 
• Ability to work effectively as a team member 
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays 
• Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred but not required
