Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA - LEADERSHIP - Sandy Health and Rehab

Sandy Health and Rehab in Sandy, UT is under new management and exciting things are happening! As we are expanding our CNA Team, we will be hiring three types of leaders for our CNA Department.

At Sandy, we have 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week: AM (6 AM to 2 PM), PM (2 PM to 10 PM), and NOC (10 PM to 6 AM)

CNA Coordinator - primarily focused on scheduling and administrative support, central supply, and providing floor support when needed

• We already hired our Day CNA Coordinator, and we are looking for a NOC CNA Coordinator

CNA Shift Lead - primarily focused on leading other CNAs on their respective shifts, being an example of what a good CNA is and does, while providing training to other CNAs and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

• We are hiring an AM CNA Lead, a PM CNA Lead, and a NOC CNA Lead

CNA Mentor - primarily focused on the new-employee experience. Providing on-the-floor training on facility-specific roles, helping them feel comfortable working on the team, and being a positive influence on the people around them

• We are hiring an AM CNA Mentor, a PM CNA Mentor, and a NOC CNA Mentor

While each role has their primarily responsibilities, additional responsibilities are required and will be discussed further in the interview.

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification
• Experience as a CNA in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Knowledge of long-term care laws and guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities
