Essential Duties:
Assist residents with daily needs including eating, bathing, grooming, exercising, and mobility transfers.
Monitor vitals and resident behavior and report to the nurse and medical staff.

Preferred Qualifications:
Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification per IDPH HCWR guidelines.
