CareLinx by Sharecare helps PACE programs with healthcare professional staffing and in-home care services including transportation to medical appointments, recreational activities, and other senior care services.

Job Summary:

CareLinx by Sharecare is looking for Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. 

The Nurse Assistant provides services to PACE participants in adult day programming and in the home.

Essential Job Functions:

• The Nurse Assistant is responsible for assisting professional clinical personnel in meeting patient care requirements in accordance with Medical Center policies, and Nursing Assistant scope of practice nursing standards.
• This position works under the direct supervision of assigned professional clinical personnel. Decision-making is limited to daily routines. Decisions regarding patient care or services require the review and approval of the clinician.
• The position has extensive patient and patient family contact requiring a service oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Certified Nursing Assistant Program
• Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant license (CNA)
• Current CPR certification
• Previous patient care experience preferred
