Job Duties
Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main care giver and providing necessary support for all activities of daily living
Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input/output and administer tests
Communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team
Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs
Qualifications
Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate upon hire
Have experience in the long-term care setting and the drive to work in a fast paced environment
Treat each resident with care, compassion, and respect
Be a patient team players with the ability to adapt to easily to change
Communicate effectively with the residents you care for as well as the nursing team
Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences
