Radius rule for travel candidate- Travel CNA' permanent home address should be 50-mile away or greater from the facility' address to be considered as a Travel CNA.
Work location- Onsite at 146 Water St. Salem WV 26426
Required Certifications: BLS (Basic life support)
Years of Experience: 1+ years as CNA experience.
EHR: N/A
Must Have Skills/Experience: BLS, Active CNA state license & 1+ year of CNA experience.
Preferred Skillset/Experience: N/A
Shift- 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Weekend Hours: N/A
Call Requirements: N/A
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 34/week. (The Center/Facility has not approved more than 34 Guaranteed Hours in a week for this job assignment. No OT hours.)
