Our NeuroRestorative facility located in Santa Ana, CA, is a fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facility that specializes in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses. We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes Neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more.

Certified Nursing Assistant
$18.00-$21.50 per hour based on experience + OT after 8th hour (OT pay = time and a half)
12-hour shifts
DT after 12th hour
Shifts currently available
- Full-time NOC shift = 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
- NOC shift = $2.00 per hour shift differential
- Per-Diem DAY & NOC shifts
For fulltime positions, CNA must be able to work the following schedule:
- Week 1 days include Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Week 2 days include Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday
- Repeat

We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant who is kind, hardworking and dedicated to helping us provide compassionate, gentle care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an inpatient or long-term care facility and is capable of providing Activities of Daily Living such as helping patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and recreational activities, as well as documenting care and taking vital signs. The successful candidate for this position enjoys working with individuals with special needs and having the opportunity to make a true difference in their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic bedside care such as assisting the patient in moving to and from bed and ensuring that the patient's condition is monitored properly with consistent assessments
- Assist patients with dressing or bathing as directed by the supervising nurse.
- Observe patients and report changes to the nurse
- Provide basic support to convalescing patients
- Assist with mobility exercises and range of motion activities
Qualifications:
- Completion of CNA certification program; Current California CNA certification
- One year CNA experience preferred, ideally experience with medically complex patients
- Current in CPR for Healthcare Provider
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, and families
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach

- Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information
- Monitor and ensure physicians orders are documented and carried out as prescribed
