Certified Nursing Assistant Compensation

• The pay for this position is $28.00
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Certified Nursing Assistant Highlights

• Hours are 3rd shift, 10:15pm - 6:00am, 1/2 hour unpaid lunch, every other weekend and rotating holidays or 2^nd shift, starting at 2pm-10:30pm
• Or 1st shift starting at 6 am – 2:30pm

Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities

• Providing non-professional nursing services in the direct and daily care and rehabilitation of both ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients/residents.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of patient/resident quarters.
• Assisting patients/residents in participating in prescribed rehabilitative and recreational activities, both individually and in groups.
• Performing duties under the supervision of licensed professionals, with routine tasks executed independently.

Certified Nursing Assistant Requirements

• Six (6) months as an Aide Trainee or one year of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients/residents.
• High School Diploma.
• Must be registered and certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, meeting competency requirements for nurse aide work.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Must have credentialing experience in a healthcare setting
